INSTITUTIONAL & AUTHOR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM 

The publisher offers an Institutional & Author Membership Program to support ongoing scholarly publishing activities across its journal portfolio. The program provides a structured mechanism for submitting multiple manuscripts within a defined period under standard editorial and peer-review policies. 

The membership program enables authors and academic institutions to submit manuscripts across multiple journals in a consistent and transparent manner, in accordance with established publication procedures. 

 

Membership Details 

  • Validity Period: 1 year 
  • Publication Allowance: Submission of up to 10 manuscripts during the membership period 
  • Eligibility: Applicable to all journals published under the publisher’s portfolio 

 

Membership Fee Structure (Based on Country Income Level) 

To support equitable access to scholarly publishing, membership fees are structured according to country income classification: 

  • Low-Income Countries: EUR 1,000 per year 
  • Middle-Income Countries: EUR 1,400 per year 
  • High-Income Countries: EUR 1,800 per year 

All membership categories provide the same submission allowance and are subject to the same editorial standards, peer-review processes, and publication policies. 

 

Program Features 

  • A defined submission allowance compared with individual APC-based submissions 
  • Manuscripts are processed in accordance with standard peer-review timelines 
  • Submissions may be made across multiple journals and subject areas

  • Membership does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or acceptance rates. 
  • All manuscripts submitted under the membership program are evaluated solely on scholarly merit and peer-review results. 
  • Editorial and financial processes remain fully independent. 
  • Membership provides submission allowance only and does not guarantee publication.
